Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 days of purchase. Most items are handmade so please allow us this time to take the proper care due your purchase. Standard shipping is 5-8 working days for the continental US and 5-15 working days for the rest of the world. Please note, our A5 notebooks are manufactured by a third party and take approximately 2-3 weeks to print. If you need a faster delivery, please update your shipping. Please contact me for any rush orders.
CUSTOMS
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order please let me know as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched I can send you a refund. If it has been dispatched please see the below Returns policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return your items, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. As long as I receive the goods back in the same condition they were sent and within 30 days I can process a refund or exchange. To return your item, please contact us first. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Digital items, sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned.
