Unless otherwise stated, I will ship your order within 1-3 days of purchase. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, smaller orders such as stickers and bookmarks may not be tracked. Our notebooks, notepads, and planners will always be tracked.

USPS does experience rerouting and delays from time to time. Pounded Yam Productions is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

If you want to exchange or return your item, you are required to ship the item back and pay for the shipping charge within 30 days of receiving it for us to send you the replacement.
